From our farmhouse just outside Belturbet, Co Cavan, we produce some of the finest and most prized artisan cheeses in the country, or indeed anywhere.

The finest raw cow’s, goat’s and sheep’s milk is handcrafted into hard cheeses and matured for at least three months. This process results in award-winning varieties such as Drumlin (cow’s milk), Corleggy (goat’s) and Creeny (sheep’s). At the Corleggy stall you will find cheeses of real complexity that evoke a true sense of place. Below you will find exactly where and when you can purchase all of the Corleggy Cheeses produce.
